Its name, meaning "Iron Goddess," reflects the tea's revered status and the meticulous craftsmanship involved in its production.

Dong Ding Oolong (5g*2 packets)

Dong Ding Oolong is named after its production place, Dong Ding Mountain, Nantou. It is medium roasted which brings out a fuller yet more mellow flavor, with a special sweet hint left by the roasting. The tea is traditionally grown at elevations between 600 to 1,000 meters above sea level, where the temperature fluctuations and abundant rainfall contribute to the tea's unique flavor profile, with a balance of floral, fruity, and roasted characteristics.

Zhang Ping Shui Xian (10g*1 brick)

Zhangping Shuixian is the only tightly pressed oolong tea with a unique square shape. The leaf bottom is plump, soft and bright, and the leaf edge shows a circle of red halo. The flavor is fresh, and the tea broth is clear and golden-orange in color. After brewing, the tea leaves are plump, soft and vibrant, showing a slight reddish hue at the edges.

Alishan Oolong (5g*1 packet)

Alishan Oolong is a standout among Taiwan's high-mountain teas, cultivated at altitudes of 1,100 to 1,700 meters. This pristine environment imparts a mellow, sweet taste with a distinctive floral and fruity aroma. It has only a hint of bitterness and astringency, offering a smooth, refreshing mouthfeel.

Milky Oolong / Jin Xuan Oolong (5g*1 packet)

Jin Xuan Oolong is a classic Taiwanese oolong, often referred to as "milky oolong" due to its naturally sweet, creamy taste. What sets this particular Jin Xuan apart is that its milky aroma and flavor are entirely natural, without any added flavorings, offering an authentic and pure experience.

Dayuling High Mountain Oolong (5g*1 packet)

Dayuling Oolong grown in the high altitudes of the Dayuling mountain range at around 2,400 meters. Known for its exquisite balance of floral fragrance and creamy sweetness, this tea offers a smooth, full-bodied flavor with a lingering, refreshing aftertaste. The high elevation gives the leaves a unique depth, with subtle notes of orchid, honey, and butter.

Oriental Beauty (5g*1 packet)

This tea is partially fermented and famous for its natural sweetness, floral aroma, and honey-like richness. What sets it apart is its unique processing method, which involves leaf damage caused by tiny insects (little green leafhoppers), this process will produce a defensive reaction and release aroma substances such as jasmonic acid, leading to a distinctive fruity, slightly musky flavor. The infusion is a beautiful golden amber, with a smooth, mellow taste and a lingering floral aftertaste.
