Wow! At first, the aroma is very similar to Da Hong Pao, but then, this wonderful creamy sweet hazelnut scent is released. Then it’s almost like the perfectly roasted coffee scent. The flavor is great too! Clear, hearty, and a balance between the nice nutty roast and a floral aftertaste. The aftertaste honestly captures the brightness of a fresh green tea in way I didn’t expect. The tea energy is a fun rush too! I think if you like coffee or are gifting to a coffee lover this tea should be at the top of your list. Again, WOW! Really impressed with my first tea from Rooteas:)

Chocolate with almonds dry leafs smell. Woody, floral, green anise, woody, floral, green anise, soft finish, a bit citrusy and nice finish, vaporous, frankincense. Good mouthfeel and finish, very comfortable on either quick or long brew - forgiving.
Rich, flowery, creamy, mineral-strong finish from the beginning. Active finish. Ticks all the boxes.
