“Stone Milk Keeps Its Scent"

Stone Milk rock oolong grows in Wuyi’s finest tea areas like Hui Yuan Keng and Da Keng Kou. Its name "Stone Milk" comes from its special scent.

The dry leaves form tight, thin strips. When brewed, the tea shows clear orange-red color. Its rich scent carries flowers and fruits. The taste is pure sweet, starting gently on your tongue, then leaving a fragrant feeling in your throat.

Tea masters describe its lasting throat fragrance as “石乳留香” (“Stone Milk Keeps Its Scent") – the soul of this tea.

Long ago, a poet wrote about Stone Milk in his poem “石乳留香":

“Fragrant Stone Milk from Fujian’s hills,

Its fame lives through the ages.

But Wuyi grows the finest of all,

Where rocky and floral tastes become one."

These words are the oldest record of Stone Milk’s centuries-old story.

When the mineral taste lingers in your throat, you understand why poets still sing of this Stone Milk tea after hundreds of years. True rock oolong character needs no explanation, it simply feels like the earth’s own voice captured in a cup.
