The Legend of Bai Rui Xiang

On a foggy morning in Wuyi Mountain, a woodsman witnessed something extraordinary.  woman dressed entirely in white stood before him in the thick fog. While she transported two wooden buckets, her movements maintained an elegant fluidity, just like a soft breeze moving through leaves. When he approached to offer assistance, she disappeared abruptly into the swirling fog. A small tea plant with bright green leaves stood where she had been moments earlier after pouring out her mountain water from the buckets.

From Mystery to Tea Treasure

The woodsman carefully brought the magical tea plant back to his village. Tea farmers were amazed, its leaves shone like emerald jewels, smelling of wild mountain flowers. They named it Bai Rui Xiang, honoring the mysterious white-clad woman. Unlike regular tea plants, this one thrived in rocky soil and morning fog, as if remembering its magical beginning.

Why the Mystery Lives On

Some say the white woman was a mountain spirit blessing the land. But anyway, when you hold a cup of Bai Rui Xiang, watching steam curl like mountain mist, you’ll understand: Some mysteries are best sipped, not solved.
