2017 Shou Mei (7g*2 biscuits)

Shou mei is known for its unique flavor profile and smooth, mellow character and hints of sweet dates. It’s often considered one of the more robust types of white tea, is made from larger, more mature leaves. This gives it a fuller, richer taste while maintaining the lightness and delicacy that white tea is known for. 

2019 Gong Mei (7g*2 biscuits)

Harvested in 2019, this tea has had time to mature and develop a refined, balanced taste profile. The flavor is a harmonious blend of floral sweetness and mild vegetal notes. The tea liquor is a pale golden hue, clear and inviting, with a smooth, velvety texture. The first sip brings subtle floral notes, reminiscent of fresh jasmine or orchid blossoms, followed by a sweet, honeyed aftertaste. 

2023 White Peony (5g*2 packets)

White Peony, also known as “Bai Mu Dan”, consists of one fat bud and two leaves. It undergoes minimal processing with just withering and gentle drying to preserve its fresh, floral, and fruity notes. The tea features a harmonious blend of sweet, honey-like flavors with hints of orchid, peach, and apricot, offering a smooth, refreshing experience. With its light golden liquor and soft, velvety texture, White Peony is not only a flavorful treat but also packed with antioxidants and health benefits.

2023 King Peony (5g*2 packets)

One interesting aspect of King Peony is its extended “withering process”, which allows the leaves to absorb more of the natural sugars and flavors from the surrounding environment, enhancing its sweetness and floral aroma. King Peony’s flavor tends to be more layered and dynamic, with notes of nectar, stone fruit, and a gentle herbal undertone. When brewed properly, the tea offers a silky, smooth texture with a lingering finish that makes it perfect for multiple infusions.

Silver Needle (5g*1 packet)

Silver Needle White Tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) is the highest grade of white tea. Made exclusively from the tender, silvery buds of the tea plant, it is hand-plucked during the early spring, ensuring only the youngest, most pristine parts of the plant are used. Silver Needle has a light, fresh flavor with subtle floral, fruity, and honeyed notes, accompanied by a smooth, velvety texture. The tea is minimally processed, with only natural withering and drying, allowing the pure, delicate flavors to shine through.
